Professor DiBrizzi has been a solo practitioner for 11 years. He will be co-teaching Intro to U.S. Law, with Reference Librarian Cynthia Pittson, for the international LL.M. students. He recently retired from the New York City Police Department after serving for 20 years, retiring as a Detective. During his tenure with the Police Dept. he conducted major Narcotics and Firearms investigations in Manhattan, taught Law and Procedure at the Police Academy to newly hire Officers, and participated in State and Federal investigations in Brooklyn relating to major Index Crimes. He is currently an Adjunct Asst. Prof. at St. John’s University in Queens, teaching Criminal Justice and Pre-Law courses to undergrad students.
