Greg McLaughlin is currently Senior Counsel and Global Lead, Sensitive Relationship Deal Negotiator in IBM's Services group.  In that role, he addresses and resolves disputes, and otherwise manages transactions with IBM’s most sensitive clients across both of IBM’s Global Services businesses, manages and reduces the portfolio of sensitive client accounts, resolving disputes and repairing client relationships, and advises C-suite level and other senior business executive clients. In his prior role, as trial and major matter specialist within IBM's Global Litigation group, Greg oversaw and managed strategy and administration of disputes involving IBM, including employment, commercial and intellectual property litigations matters, as well as regulatory and government compliance matters.  Greg earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, and earned a BA in Biology, with both University and departmental honors, from the University of California at Berkeley.  In addition, Greg attended the University of Oxford, Worcester College, for a one year non-degree course in biology.  Following law school Greg worked as an intellectual property litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and a general litigation associate at Wiggin and Dana LLP.  Greg also clerked for Judge Michael Chertoff on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit..
