Before coming to Pace, Professor Germaine taught Legal Reasoning, Writing, and Research and Written and Oral Advocacy at New York Law School. Prior to teaching at New York Law School, she practiced general commercial litigation, securities litigation, and white collar defense at Latham & Watkins LLP in San Francisco. She began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable John S. Rhoades, Sr. in the United States District Court, Southern District of California.
