Carol O'Rourke Pennington began her career in labor and employment law in the Massachusetts firm of McGuire and McGuire, where she represented employees and union members. In 1988 Ms. O'Rourke Pennington returned to New York to work as a Field Attorney with Region 29 of the National Labor Relations Board, where she investigated andtried unfair labor practice and representation cases.In 1990 Ms. O'Rourke Pennington joined Colleran O'Hara & Mills as an associate and became a partner on January 1, 1997, where she has been primarily engaged inrepresenting unions and their employee benefit funds. Ms. O'Rourke Pennington is agraduate of Hofstra University School of Law and SUNY Brockport. She is admitted to the New York and Massachusetts Bars; the Second Circuit Court of Appeals; the United StatesDistrict Courts of Massachusetts and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
