Several awards recognize accomplishment by J.D. candidates. The Henry M. Feldschuh Award is granted annually to a graduating student who, by academic performance and other civic contributions, has demonstrated a strong commitment to environmental law. The White Plains Bar Association confers its Environmental Law Scholar Award on the graduating student in the J.D. program who exemplifies the highest qualifications and achievements in scholarship in the field of environmental legal studies.  The Lois R. Murphy Environmental Law Scholarship is awarded annually to an editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review based upon demonstrated devotion to the Review and financial need. Students also have the opportunity to compete for prizes in student essay contests on environmental law sponsored by a number of bar associations, including the American Trial Lawyers Association and the NYS Bar Association Environmental Law Section.
