Seth A. Davis

Professor Davis is a partner and chair of Huber Lawrence & Abell's Environmental Law Department.  He regularly counsels clients on the effect of environmental regulation on business and real estate transactions and represents clients in environmental enforcement proceedings and cleanup activities.

Professor Hintz is an Assistant Regional Attorney with the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, Region II, working primarily in enforcement and permit litigation of air pollution control issues.


Stephen L. Kass (International Environmental Law)

Professor Kass is a partner of Carter, Ledyard & Milburn in New York City.  He is also Co-Director of their Environmental Practice Group, which encompasses all aspects of environmental and land use law including litigation, corporate transactions, project permitting, administrative proceedings, hazardous substances claims and regulations, environmental impact statements, landmarking, real property transfers, and international environmental claims and regulation.

Professor Kezsbom is a litigation partner resident in Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson's New York office.  He has an extensive environmental practice involving sophisticated environmental litigations and transactional matters. His practice involves all aspects of environmental cost recovery and CERCLA matters throughout the nation.

Professor Solow is a partner in Resources, Regulatory & Environmental Law with the firm of Hunton and Williams in Washington, DC.  He was Chief of the Department of Justice Environmental Crimes Section from 1997-2000. 


Marla Wieder (Hazardous Waste)

Professor Wieder has served as an Assistant Regional Counsel with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region II, since 1995, negotiating the cleanup of hazardous waste sites in New York and the Caribbean.  Prior to this she worked for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Region III.
