Bar Access Policy
Bar review access may be purchased by individuals who are not graduates of Pace University, and who are studying to take the bar exam in February or July. You must show proof that you are studying for the upcoming bar exam at the time of purchase. Acceptable forms of proof are your bar exam registration receipt, or the ID issued by a commercial bar preparation course. Bar review access is not transferable.
You may not use the Law Library study rooms.
You may not use the Computer Lab.
You must reshelve any materials you use.
You may check out two-hour reserve materials for in-library use only, provided that you leave a photo ID at the Circulation Desk.
You may use the public access computers. Printing from the public access computers costs 6¢ a page. Please ask a Reference Librarian to direct you to the public access computers.
You must use your own ID to access Lexis, Westlaw, and Bloomberg Law.

The Bar Review Access fee is $100, and provides access from the time the fee is paid (no earlier than the administration of the last regularly scheduled final exam at Pace Law School) until the day after the NY bar exam is administered.
February 2016 bar access may be purchased beginning Jan. 4, 2016, and these passes expire on Feb. 24, 2016. The Feb. New York bar exam is scheduled for Feb. 23-24, 2016.
