Congratulations to Columbia Law School, who emerged as The 2017 Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition champions! Teams from Stetson University College of Law and University of Connecticut School of Law were finalists in the closely-contested final round.

The event, held on February 23-25, was a huge success with 63 teams competing and over 300 people participating. Judge Bernice B. Donald, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Judge James E. Graves, Jr., United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Judge Stephen A. Higginson, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Judge Thomas I. Vanaskie, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and Judge Mary Kay Lynch, EPA Environmental Appeals Board served as the final round judges.
