John Kirkpatrick was appointed secretary to the Board of Trustees of The Friends of Westchester County Parks. John, an attorney and city planner, is a partner of the White Plains law firm of Oxman, Tulis, Kirkpatrick, Whyatt & Geiger, LLP, and has more than 35 years of experience in land use planning and development. His practice focuses on land use and environmental law.

Peter B. Lijoijoined the Dallas-based firm of Fairfield Residential, LLC, in May 2006. As a senior area development partner, legal counsel, Peter is responsible for expansion in the New Jersey and New York Metro areas.
