The International Criminal Court Moot Competition is an annual international, inter-law school moot court Competition sponsored by Pace Law School. The purposes of the Competition are to develop expertise in international criminal law as practiced in the forum of the International Criminal Court among law students, their faculty and coaches and international law practitioners. It is hoped that over time, the Competition will also serve to educate a wider public, here and abroad, in the jurisdiction, procedures and substantive law, including the principle of complimentarily, that will be utilized by the ICC in the prosecution of individuals charged with War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity, and Genocide.
