Members of the Institute
The Institute of International Commercial Law is dedicated to teaching and scholarship in international commercial law, international commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
Founded in 1991, the success of the Institute’s initiatives and programs stem from the unique caliber of talent and dedication of its founding Officers (Willem C. Vis, Albert H. Kritzer, and Eric E. Bergsten) and the colleagues who have gathered around the initiatives and programs of the Institute. The Institute has continued to grow, in terms of programming and personnel, and is currently supported by its Board of Trustees, Officers, Staff, and Fellows.
