Stacy Wallach is an adjunct professor on Pace Law School’s Real Estate Law faculty teaching courses on the real estate business, the basics of real estate finance, the commercial lease, commercial brokerage, and related topics in commercial real estate.

Professor Wallach spent 18 years as a business, commercial, and real estate litigator based in Manhattan with the law firm of Tenzer Greenblatt Fallon & Kaplan where he was an equity partner and ultimately head of its litigation department. He then spent 18 years as a business executive; with the Edward S. Gordon Co Inc where he was general counsel, senior vice president, and member of its board of directors; with Insignia/ESG Inc where he was general counsel and senior vice president; with Cushman & Wakefield Inc, where he was senior operations director for C&W’s New York Metro Region; and with CB Richard Ellis Inc, where he was senior managing director of that firm’s New Jersey operations; all four of those firms specializing in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and real estate services.

Mr. Wallach graduated from Swarthmore College with a BA degree awarded magna cum laude and from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with an LLB degree. He is a graduate of Columbia University's Executive Education Program's Leadership Training Institute.

Professor Wallach is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New York as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court. For many years he served as a volunteer arbitrator in the New York City Small Claims Courtf and acted as a mediator in the Complex Civil Disputes program of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York -- the court where he began his legal career 40 years ago as senior law clerk to the Hon. Milton Pollack, USDJ.

Mr. Wallach is a volunteer with the New England-Berkshire Chapter of Recordings for the Blind & Dyslexic (RFB&D). Mr. Wallach also teaches American history courses at Berkshire Community College in Massachusetts.
