Richard Tisch

Upon graduating from law school, Richard served in various capacities with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, including as Chief, Water, Grants, and General Law Branch, in the Office of Regional Counsel in Region 2.  Most recently, he worked as Senior Group Counsel, Praxair, Inc., a Fortune 300 company. He was responsible for providing legal advice regarding worldwide environmental compliance for the corporation and served as counsel for Praxair's Director, Sustainable Development. He had also served as commercial counsel for several of the businesses within Praxair.

Richard had taught international environmental law at Pace Law School for several years, and wrote a working paper for the American Bar Association on climate change in the early 1990's.
