Professor Rosenthal is a partner in the law firm of Rosenthal and Markowitz LLP concentrating on estate planning, trust and will drafting, estate settlement, elder law, and real estate. She has been teaching at Pace Law School since 1995, and has been the adjunct faculty recipient of the Barbara C. Salken Outstanding Professor of the Year Award, chosen by students, for the 2001-2002, 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, and 2005-2006 academic years.

Professor Rosenthal is a former president of the Westchester Women's Bar Association (WWBA), and currently serves as co-chair of its Long Range Planning Committee, is Secretary of the Westchester Public/Private Partnership for Aging Services, and Treasurer of the Westchester Women's Bar Association Foundation.
