Allen Kezsbom is a New York litigator who is now Of Counsel to the international law firm of Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, which is centered in New York and Washington, D.C. Prior to becoming Of Counsel, he was a senior litigation partner at Fried Frank for 20 years and before that was a partner for many years at the law firm of Kaye Scholer Fierman Hays & Handler. He is a former editor of the Harvard Law Review, was a Lecturer-in-Law at Yale Law School and has written and spoken extensively on a variety of subjects, including antitrust, which has been one of the focuses of his practice for over 40 years. He also is well known for his practice of environmental litigation and regularly judges the semi-final round of the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition, held at Pace Law School each February. He has long been recognized as among the Best Lawyers in America.
