Clean Air Act (LAW 797A)
This course, a seminar on current environmental law topics, involves in-depth analysis of selected environmental legal issues and policy problems. The seminar covers sophisticated legal and interdisciplinary issues of environmental decision-making, including economic and cost analysis, proof, identification of policy tradeoffs, environmental politics and similar issues. Recommended: Environmental Law Skills and Practice. Enrollment is limited to 12 students.
