Pace Law School Archives - The Archives seeks to gather and make accessible the historical record of all materials developed by Pace Law School. This includes publications, photographs, audio and video recordings, artifacts, faculty publications, and ephemera. The scope of the collection seeks to include all public matters and excludes private and confidential records.
Sive Manuscript Collection - The Sive Manuscript Collection offers scholarly access to the litigation files of the "Father" of modern environmental law. Cases include the landmark "Scenic Hudson" litigation involving Storm King mountain on the Hudson River. The Collection was created with the help of a grant from the New York State Archives and Records Administration.
Yonkers Archive - The Yonkers Archive contains the papers of Joseph M. Pastore, Jr., Professor Emeritus, Lubin School of Business, Pace University, relating to his work as court-appointed monitor in the desegregation of the Yonkers Public Schools, in United States v. Yonkers Board of Education, 80 CIV 6761, Southern District of New York (LBS).
Papers of the Hon. John Carey - Justice John Carey served on the bench of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, New York, for many years beginning in 1988. He presided over the notorious murder trials of Carolyn Warmus between 1990 and 1994. This collection contains documents in connection with the Warmus trials and appeals, together with motions and decisions by Judge Carey in other criminal and civil matters, news articles, correspondence and notes. The collection also includes videorecordings of news coverage of the Warmus trial.
